Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TriviaChamp (the "Service"), operated at triviachamp.app. By creating an account, playing a game, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use TriviaChamp. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Fair play

TriviaChamp is built around fair, head-to-head competition. You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to answer questions
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
• Harass, cheat, or abuse other players

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

If you submit content to TriviaChamp — a username, profile details, or anything else — you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a license to display and use it as part of running the Service.

4. Intellectual property

TriviaChamp, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. Disclaimers

TriviaChamp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriviaChamp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
